Thanks to this move, Citymesh and Cegeka will gain strategic and financial flexibility, allowing them to focus on their unique business structures and specific market needs. “We believe that both companies can grow faster independently with this new structure. We are giving both Cegeka and Citymesh the opportunity to seize market opportunities while maintaining their distinct identities and at the pace necessary for success,” said Knaepen.
Citymesh will continue to focus on connectivity activities, (5G) networks, drones, and telecommunications in the future.
