1. Why does Citymesh collect information?
On certain parts of the website, you are asked to provide (personal) information, such as your name, e-mail address and/or address details. We can use this information for various purposes.
The information is used for the purpose as stated on the website. For example, to be able to participate in a promotion or to answer your questions.
If you have given us permission, we can also use your information to contact you by e-mail and/or SMS with news about Citymesh products and promotions.
We may also use your name and address to send you information about Citymesh and products by mail. If we want to contact you by phone, we can use your phone number (if you have provided it to us).

2. To whom can Citymesh provide information?

Some of our products, such as Wifilab, provide the possibility of logging in using social login. In case of login through Facebook or Google on this platform, we store the following data from each user: id, name, first name and primary e-mail address. In the case of Google, the preferred language from this platform is also stored.
4. Is Citymesh responsible for other websites?
The website may contain references (for example through a hyperlink, banner or button) to other sites that are related to a specific aspect of this website. This does not mean that citymesh is connected to these other sites or their owners. We are therefore not responsible for compliance with privacy laws by these third parties.
5. How does Citymesh protect the data?
Citymesh takes care of appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your (personal) data against loss and any form of unlawful processing.
6. What rights do you have?
You have the right to ask Citymesh what (personal) information is processed. Citymesh will respond to this request (in writing) within eight weeks. Citymesh may charge a small fee for this. You can then request Citymesh to complete, correct or remove this information, or you can indicate that this information is not to be used for direct marketing purposes.
6.1 Right to forget and amend
We collect only the personal data that we consider necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, as defined above, and we ensure that the data is up to date and correct, if you make changes to it.
In the following limited situations you can request Citymesh to remove your data:
- If you withdraw your consent to the processing of the data and there is no legitimate legal basis for the processing. This may be the case, for example, if you have provided your email address or telephone number, and you do not want this data to be used anymore;
- If you have objected to the data processing and there are no more compelling reasons to continue processing the data anyway;

- If the data must be deleted to comply with the obligation to delete, included in European, national or Flemish legislation.

7. Can this privacy statement be modified?
