To be provided by the Contracting Party
● Contact person/production team to be present on-site for the installation.
● Crew catering (lunch/dinner) (to be discussed with the project manager).
● Suitable sleeping accommodation with breakfast.
– If the workday is 10 hours or less (Normal day), driving distance must be within 1 hour and 30 minutes one way (according to Google Maps, including traffic).
– If the workday exceeds 10 hours (Large and X-Large day), driving distance must be within 1 hour one way (according to Google Maps, including traffic).
● A heated/cooled, enclosed office space, for at least 4 people, minimum 6m x 2.5m for personal use, with sufficient (chilled) beverages (to be discussed with the project manager).
● Enclosed storage space for the materials, which can be in the same office space.
● Local use of transport and machinery.
● Report cameras.
● Permit from police/local authorities.
● Access for the crew to the necessary zones with CMF materials.
● Possibility for 4 people to visit the festival (Guest, VIP, … ).
The installation will be connected to the internet through an internet connection provided by a provider.
CMF is not responsible for the limits set by the provider. If desired, CMF can assist with the application process.
Special Conditions
Applicability
In addition to CMF’s general terms and conditions, these special terms and conditions also apply in full to the present agreement. Upon signing the agreement, the Customer declares to have received and taken cognisance of the general and special terms and conditions. The present special terms and conditions may expressly derogate from certain provisions of the general terms and conditions with the agreement of all parties. In case of conflict between the special and general terms and conditions, the special terms and conditions shall prevail.
Rental and placement of the WILI
CMF expressly informs the Customer that the installation of a WILI (mobile antenna) is only allowed in normal weather conditions and that this type of equipment cannot be used in wind speeds exceeding 7 beaufort. Renting and installing a WILI will also only be possible in a zone that is safe for the public and on a stable surface.
Any manipulation of the installation of the WILI by the Customer or the use of the WILI in weather and environmental conditions that exclude its use, are at the Customer’s own risk and exclude any possible liability of CMF.
Prohibited Actions by the Contracting Party or Its Appointees
The Contracting Party or its appointees are strictly prohibited from making any alterations to the supplied and rented (or purchased) hardware and software, particularly the delivered and rented (or purchased) network, without authorization. Any damage, both direct and indirect, caused to CMF as a result will be recovered from the Contracting Party.
Insurance and Liability Limitation for CMF
CMF can only be held liable for direct damage suffered by the Contracting Party up to the insured amounts provided for in the public liability insurance and post-delivery liability insurance policies as taken out by CMF.
