During the three-day event, Citymesh was present at two strategic locations in Hall 7. At Stand 100, the focus was on secure connectivity and private networks for critical operations. Here, the Bolster X Defense project was showcased: a solution designed to enable reliable, secure communication and mission-critical data exchange for defence, security, and emergency services, even in complex and demanding environments.
At the DronePort stand, Citymesh presented its innovative drone solutions. With the Safety Drone Shield and advanced drones connected via 5G, the team demonstrated how emergency services can receive real-time aerial insights. This technology provides rapid situational awareness when every second counts, improving both efficiency and safety during operations.
One of the highlights of the event was the visit of Theo Francken to the Citymesh stand, where he was introduced to how the company’s technologies support critical operations, including a demonstration of the Bolster solution.
The first edition of BEDEX brought together numerous defence and security organisations, offering a platform for innovation and collaboration. For Citymesh, it was above all an opportunity to connect with partners and visitors, and to demonstrate how its technologies are helping shape the defence of tomorrow.
With a successful participation and strong interest in both connectivity solutions and drone technology, Citymesh looks back with satisfaction: mission accomplished.
