Long before the first beat rolls through the speakers, the Citymesh Entertainment crew is already on site, laying kilometres of fibre optic cable, deploying mobile security towers and building a rock-solid network from the ground up. As Citymesh’s hands-on events division, we provide the technical muscle and expertise needed to keep every critical system up and running, regardless of the location or how remote the site may be.

To ensure a festival of this scale runs flawlessly, we build a hybrid network in which Private LTE, high-density WiFi and physical LAN connections work together seamlessly. This dedicated infrastructure powers all cashless payments at the bars, food trucks and shops, ensuring transactions are processed quickly and without interruptions.

At the entrance gates, the exact same reliable network ensures smooth ticket scanning, preventing bottlenecks and helping visitors get onto the festival grounds quickly.

Beyond streamlining the flow of visitors, our technology acts as the digital nervous system for safety and operations. We build the CP Ops room from A to Z and provide security services with the complete network infrastructure and fixed telephony. Rapidly deployable TowerEye camera towers, as well as standalone cameras, transmit live video footage directly to this central control room.

Through our Digital Signage solution, we centrally manage all information screens across the site, enabling clear communication with the festival visitors. At the same time, guaranteed bandwidth allows artists, press and the production crew backstage to work, conduct interviews and livestream without interruptions.
